Belief & Practice

We believe that all knowledge originates with and flows from God. Therefore, our academics are Gospel-centered and value-based, and reflect the teachings of the Catholic Church. We respect the individuality of each student, and acknowledge the unique challenges of adolescence. Our holistic education process provides opportunities for academic, spiritual, physical, interpersonal and emotional development. We have charted a course that integrates personal development and accountability to self and community. Our mission is to empower our students with the education necessary to live as responsible Christians in a complex world.

Educational Philosophy

• To provide a strong academic background for post-secondary education and the continued pursuit of knowledge.

Graduation Requirements

Students must earn a minimum of 28.5 credits, and complete 24 hours of service each year to graduate. In general, Greensburg Central Catholic graduation requirements exceed those required by the state, which requires a minimum of 25 credits to graduate.
